The Service Portal enables users to scan a device’s QR code or search its serial number/Asset ID to locate all documentation and instructional manuals that match the product. After reviewing documentation and instruction manuals, field technicians can make informed decisions relevant to repairing machines & equipment.

The QR code contains a link to the Service Portal. The Service Portal opens in the browser on the user’s device.

User is led to the appropriate documentation
